The self-contained annex to the house has three B&B rooms. Each room sleeps two (one double bedded room and two rooms with twin beds). All rooms have ensuite shower and toilet facilities, t.v, tea and coffee making tray and there is provision of a chiller for the use of guests.
Overlooking the large garden, the open fields beyond and woods there is a conservatory/sitting room for guests enjoyment where you will find a selection of books and board games, wireless broadband internet is also available here.
Breakfast:
Breakfast is served in the conservatory and includes a choice of
Fruit Juice, Tea or Coffee.
Choice of cereals.
Full English Breakfast including, Sausage, Bacon, Egg, Fried Bread, Mushrooms and Tomato.
Or
Scrambled or Poached Eggs.
Toast and selection of Jams or Marmalades.
